(Weeks Later!) Hurray! Finally I found a solution! If both you and I have an e-mail I can use e-mail invoicing through PayPal!
They have PayPal Invoicing where I can generate a bill and send it to you. You pay through the e-mail and our credit info is protected. WOO-HOOOOOOO!!!!!
